More than just a job, start your career with Redox today and join a recently accredited 'Great Place to work' (Australia), ****.About the role:This is a great prospect for a customer service officer wanting to develop their skills in a supplier management role, in supporting Product Managers with supplier coordination, order processing, stock management, and day-to-day product-related activities.Receiving sales calls and data entry of customer ordersFollowing up deliveries to ensure completionChecking product availabilitySupporting Product Managers with general tasks and communicating with Sales Representatives and suppliers as requiredRelieving Product Managers when off-site or on leave, including taking emails, preparing costings, sending enquiries to suppliers, following up Certificates of Analysis,



and placing ordersReviewing stock requirements and updating Product Managers on where stock is requiredCreating and confirming purchase order documents for local and overseas shipmentsMaintaining supplier databases as requiredConfidently use Microsoft Office, and previous experience using other systems including a CRM.Prefer to have the ability to converse B2B sales in Mandarin.About you:You are forward thinking, possess excellent time management, problem solving and organisation skills, with high attention to detail.
