About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Pharmacist in Charge to lead pharmacy operations at one of our key sites.
This is an excellent opportunity for a strong leader to drive operational excellence, support clinical service delivery, stakeholder engagement and contribute to a high-performing healthcare team.
This pharmacy services hospitals, oncology and corrections sites.
Key Responsibilities
Provide operational leadership across pharmacy servicesOversee dispensary workflows, stock management, and complianceLead, mentor, and support pharmacy staff to maintain a high-performing teamIdentify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and service qualityCollaborate with key stakeholders such as hospital executives to support clinical and operational outcomesMonitor performance metrics and drive service optimisation
About You
Current AHPRA registration as a Pharmacist (mandatory)Proven leadership experience in a hospital or healthcare pharmacy settingStrong operational and organisational skillsAbility to manage priorities and drive accountabilityExperience in improving systems, workflows, and service deliveryExcellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
