We're looking for someone with hands-on experience operating specialised nursery machinery and a sound understanding of commercial plant production.
If you're passionate about horticulture, enjoy working with modern nursery equipment and are looking for a long-term career opportunity, we'd love to hear from you.About the RoleAs a Plant Nursery Machinery Operator, you'll be responsible for operating and setting up specialised nursery production machinery used throughout the propagation and production process.You'll work closely with the Production team to ensure machinery is operating efficiently, product quality is maintained and production targets are achieved.Your responsibilities will include:Operating specialised plant nursery machinery safely and efficientlySetting up machinery for different production requirementsAdjusting machine settings to optimise productionPerforming basic fault finding and troubleshootingCarrying out routine preventative maintenance checksMonitoring production quality and machine performanceAssisting with the development and improvement of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)Completing production documentation and basic computer-based reportingMaintaining a safe,
