Our Educators play a key role in developing salon capability across our brands, supporting stylists to build confidence, creativity, and technical mastery.This role is hands‐on and highly collaborative.
You'll deliver in‐salon education, support our Academy programs, and work closely with the sales team to ensure salons are not only supported—and continually growing.With a strong focus on colour education and technical development, you'll help shape the next generation of salon talent while strengthening relationships across our salon network.What you'll be responsible forDelivering in‐salon education and technical training sessionsSupporting Academy programs and structured learning pathwaysLeading colour education across core brand techniques and systemsPartnering with the sales team to support salon growth and engagementDeveloping emerging talent within salons and building long‐term capabilityEnsuring consistent, high‐quality education aligned to brand standardsWhat we're looking forStrong technical colour knowledge and hands‐on salon experiencePrevious experience in education, training,
