This is not a traditional operations role.
It is a highly visible leadership appointment suited to someone who thrives in fast-paced, evolving environments and enjoys building structure, accountability and scalable systems from the ground up.The OpportunityReporting directly to the CEO, the Head of Operations will lead operational leadership, governance uplift, workflow transformation and capability development across the business.
You will partner closely with stakeholders across operations, compliance, finance, technology and people & culture, with a mandate to improve operational rhythm, accountability and execution capability.Key responsibilities include:Leading operational capability, workflow discipline and accountability frameworksSupporting APRA and ASIC regulatory obligations and Line 1 governanceDriving operational resilience, QA, remediation and incident management capabilityOverseeing workflow redesign, CRM uplift and operational transformation initiativesLeading and developing operational leaders and support teamsBuilding scalable systems,
