Warehouse and Logistics teams to ensure orders are processed accurately and customers receive the exceptional service Del-Re is known for.Roster RequirementAvailability to work alternating Sundays and Public Holidays is an essential requirement of this role.Key ResponsibilitiesAnswer customer enquiries via phone and email in a professional and friendly mannerProcess customer orders accurately and efficientlyAssist customers with product availability, pricing and delivery enquiriesResolve customer concerns promptly, including delivery issues, damaged goods and order discrepanciesLiaise with Sales, Purchasing, Warehouse and Logistics teams to ensure customer expectations are metMaintain accurate customer records and notes within company systemsBuild positive relationships with customers through excellent service and communicationWhy Join Del-Re?
