Hardi Aged Care in Blacktown is seeking an enthusiastic cook to assist the head chef in preparing meals for our busy kitchen.
The role focuses on weekend meals using our 4 weekly menu and standardised recipes.You will manage portion control, plating, texture-modified meals, and ensure HACCP standards.
When the head chef is absent, you may lead the kitchen team and maintain food safety across all preparations.
