while adhering to all A & G policies and guidelines.Accurately assess vehicle damage to determine cost effective and safe repairs using the correct repair method.Provide excellent service to our customers both on the phone and in person.Undertaking vehicle assessments in line with underwriting terms & conditions & claims protocols.Writing accurate assessment reports, negotiating correct scope & costs for vehicle repairsBuild and maintain professional relationships with the smash repair industry and other stakeholdersSkills & ExperienceCert III in Panel Beating or Automotive Spray-Painting is essentialComputer/technology competence (skills testing may be required)Ability to thrive in fast paced high pressure environments and ambition to grow alongside the businessAbility to prepare damage repair quotes and estimations(training provided)You will be required to complete background checks and proof of full working rights in Australia to be able to work in InsuranceOur Client:Budget Direct is the fastest-growing major Motor and Home insurer in Australia starting their operations in ****.A multi award-winning company who prides themselves on their work life balance and employee happiness with offices and assessment centres across the country.
