Brightwater Hotel, a waterfront venue on the Sunshine Coast, is seeking an experienced Operations Manager (2IC) to support day-to-day hotel operations and to lead in the Venue Manager's absence.
This role offers real responsibility and the chance to grow with Redcape Hospitality across 50+ venues.
You'll manage rostering, stock, cash handling and reporting while building high-performing teams and ensuring safety, service and compliance standards are consistently met.
