Working closely with the State Business Development Manager and each hospital's General Manager, the BDM's purpose is to recruit surgeons and medical specialists, develop the core surgical and medical specialty services of SVPEM and SVPHK, and work with the hospital executive teams to achieve profitable,
sustainable activity growth in line with each Hospital's strategic plan.
The Business Development Manager also works collaboratively with the site Marketing & Communications Liaison and the Group Marketing Team to identify targets and campaigns to create VMO‐facing and GP/referrer‐facing programs that maximise doctor acquisition and retention opportunities.This role is responsible for driving demand for specialty services in line with St. Vincent's Private Hospitals' strategic plans.
