You will support teams across rooms, build robust relationships with children and families, and contribute to daily routines and documentation.Ideal candidates hold a Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, or ACECQA approved equivalent, with willingness to travel between Gladstone services and availability for short-notice shifts.
