What You'll Do

/n

/n
Act as a key bridge between stakeholders, engineers, and delivery teams

/n
Elicit, analyse, and document complex business and technical requirements

/n
Work hands-on with application teams, getting into the detail of system behaviour, integrations, and data flows

/n
Support solution design, collaborating with architects and developers to shape robust, scalable solutions

/n
Analyse data and perform data extraction using SQL to support requirements, analysis, and decision-making

/n
Review and understand code where needed to validate feasibility and impact

/n
Translate business needs into clear functional and non-functional specifications

/n
Support delivery through the full lifecycle,



from discovery through to implementation

What You'll Bring

/n

/n
Robust background in Computer Science or a closely related technical discipline

/n
Proven experience within banking technology programs

/n
Proven experience as a Senior Technical Business Analyst in complex technology environments

/n
Ability to read and understand code (as a Tech BA)

/n
Experience with solution design or close collaboration with solution architects (highly desirable)

/n
Solid hands-on experience with data extraction and SQL

/n
Deep understanding of applications, APIs, and system integrations

/n
Comfortable working at a detailed, technical level while still communicating clearly with non-technical stakeholders

/n
Strong documentation, analysis, and stakeholder management skills

/n/n
