You'll have P&L; responsibility for a portfolio that starts in the $*****M range, with a clear line of sight to $*****M as the division scales.
What you'll be doing
You'll be the Buildings sector leader for Victoria: winning work, owning client relationships, overseeing delivery, and building out your team as the pipeline grows.
Day to day that means leading bids on projects up to $500M construction value, managing a portfolio of up to 20 contracts, and setting the sector strategy alongside the Senior Director who runs a $160M+ business unit.
Under a one-firm model, projects can be run from any Australian office,



so your ability to grow the portfolio isn't limited by geography.
What you'll need
Senior experience in the Buildings sector - project director, sector manager, or similar
Robust Victorian market relationships and a track record of winning work
Comfortable with P&L; accountability at a meaningful scale
Able to lead a growing team while staying hands-on when the work demands it
