Reporting to the Director, you will provide day to day administration support and be responsible for maintaining accurate books on accounts payable, receivable and financial entries,



reconciliations and payroll.The role:Managing the day to day accounting transactionsReconciling bank accounts and credit cardsManaging the accounts payable functionManaging the accounts receivable functionProcessing of invoicesData entry and adhoc administration supportWhat we're looking for:Experience across a wide range of accounting functionsStrong level of accuracy & attention to detailAbility to take responsibility and be accountable for workloadAble to work autonomously and as part of a broader teamAbility to solve problemsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong time management and prioritisation skillsStrong computer software skills - Microsoft, SimproExperience with MYOB and XeroBenefits:Permanent part-time role - 3 days per week$40-$45 per hour + super (neg)A supportive and inviting team environmentOpportunity to make this role your own
