Shadowfax Winery & Restaurant, located in the prestigious Werribee Park precinct, is seeking an experienced Kitchen Hand either on a full time basis.
-38 hours per weekIt's a fast-paced venue that offers lunch Wednesday to Sunday and dinner on Friday nights, with functions and events throughout the year.The role involves providing support to all chefs whilst maintaining a clean and hygienic workplace.The Ideal Candidate Must Have:Previous experience as a Kitchen HandExperience in a quick-paced restaurant environment advantageousDemonstrated organisational, time management skillsMust be able to endure the repetitive and physically demanding nature of the roleAvailable to work a rotating roster, including days, nights, weekends and public holidaysOHS, food hygiene & safety understandingAbility to work autonomously as well as within a team
