Job Description:
Development experience specific to implementation of the ITSM module in Service Now
Minimum 5 years of experience in ITSM
At least 4 years of experience with Service Now.
Configure the Service Now solution to meet identified business requirements, process guides and functional requirements
Solid Service Now development experience
Responsible for Service Now platform Administration, Development, Documentation and Technical support
Experience in Web Service integrations using SOAP, REST, JSON, etc.
Participation in the full software development life cycle: Analysis, Design, Coding, Testing and promotion into Production
Experience with relational database systems and MS SQL queries
Authoring and maintaining technical documentation
