It consists of 90 beds, with palliative care, low care and respite care units.
Our primary goal is placing our focus on the health, lifestyle and well-being of our residents.Provide personal care and support with daily living, mobility needs and medication assistanceMonitor and record vital signs when required, and report any changes in a resident's conditionMaintain accurate care documentation and follow all safety and Bupa policy guidelinesBuild positive relationships with residents and families, responding to concerns with empathyEncourage residents to join social activities and contribute to care planning discussionsSupport continuous improvement and help create a warm, caring team environmentWe are currently seeking a Carer to join our Kyneton team on a permanent, part-time basis.What will you bring?
