You will be involved in helping our clients to reach their business and financial goals and objectives and will enjoy working in a team environment to assist in achieving these goals.Duties include but are not limited to:End-to-end bookkeeping support across a diverse SME client basePayroll processing, including Single Touch Payroll (STP) reporting and superannuation guarantee complianceInvoice and remittance managementBank reconciliation within XeroManagement of email inboxes, ensuring prompt and professional client communicationAssistance with the preparation and lodgment of IAS/BAS returnsThe successful candidate will possess:A minimum of 3 years' end-to-end experience in BookkeepingAdvanced knowledge of accounting systems, with Xero essentialStrong knowledge of Australian bookkeeping, BAS, GST and payroll complianceAn eye for detail balanced with efficiencyAbility to manage workflow and deadlinesStrong communication skills and a proactive, team-oriented attitudeBenefits and PerksTeam environment and collaborative cultureImmediate startMonthly Social ClubSalary on offer is commensurate with skills and experience.
