The successful candidate will be providing customer service, comfort, and support to our residents when they need is most.This is an excellent, flexible opportunity for someone seeking meaningful work that fits around university study commitments.Reporting to the Village Manager, your duties will include:Building positive, respectful relationships with residents to enhance their quality of life and sense of belongingConducting welfare checks to ensure resident comfort and safetyResponding to resident enquiries and assisting with meal delivery whenever requiredResponding to call outs and initiating emergency services whenever requiredUndertaking first aid whenever requiredInitiating emergency services where requiredPerforming basic administrative tasksAssisting with our colourful village eventsProviding assistance with miscellaneous tasks around the village,
as directed by managerAbout You:A professional and positive approach is required at all times to ensure that all residents' needs are met, as well as having the following:Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with a diverse communityDemonstrated customer service experienceExceptional interpersonal skills with an approachable personality that helps build trust and rapport with residents, families, and team membersA current First Aid & CPR Certificate (or be willing to obtain)Have strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage and prioritise multiple tasks effectivelyThe ability to remain calm and respond appropriately in emergency situationsBe highly motivated and able to take initiativeHave basic computer skillsReady to Join the Fun?
