The Role: Coordinating National ImpactKAMS / ICOVE is seeking a Senior Project Officer to join its growing national team, working remotely from anywhere in Australia.
Reporting to the Director – Innovation, you'll coordinate strategic projects that support ICOVE's Innovation agenda and strengthen First Nations vocational education.
Here's What You'll Be Working On
Coordinate projects from planning through delivery, monitoring, and evaluation
Develop project plans, timelines, reports, and comprehensive project documentation
Monitor project progress, identify risks, and support continuous improvement
Build productive relationships with government, ACCOs, education providers, and partners
Coordinate meetings, workshops, stakeholder engagement, and project research activities
Your Profile: Organised, Cooperative and Delivery-Focused
Demonstrated experience coordinating and delivering projects within complex or multi-stakeholder environments
Strong organisational, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
Experience preparing project documentation, reports, and presentations
Ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining attention to detail
Relevant qualifications in Project Management, Business, Community Development, Public Policy,
or related discipline
