We are looking for a proactive Poultry Farm Maintenance Scheduler to plan, coordinate, and oversee all maintenance activities across our farm sites.
This role is critical to ensuring equipment uptime, compliance with biosecurity standards, and minimal disruption to production cycles.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and manage preventative maintenance schedules for farm equipment and infrastructureCoordinate daily and long-term maintenance activities across sheds and facilitiesPrioritise and schedule reactive maintenance to minimise downtimeLiaise with internal maintenance teams and external contractorsMaintain accurate records of assets, servicing, and work orders (CMMS or similar systems)Ensure all maintenance activities comply with biosecurity, WHS,



and animal welfare requirementsMonitor spare parts inventory and coordinate procurementProvide regular reports on maintenance performanceWhat experience are we looking for?
AQF Advanced Diploma, Diploma of equivalent or at least three years of experience.Experience in maintenance scheduling, planning, or coordinationStrong organisational and time management skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities and stakeholdersProficiency in Microsoft Office and/or maintenance management systemsUnderstanding of WHS requirementsAre you highly organised, detail-oriented, and thrive in a rapid-paced environment.
If you bring strong coordination skills and a focus on continuous improvement you are the person we are looking for.Due to our strict biosecurity requirements, you must not have any birds, pigs or poultry at home and be willing to maintain our quarantine policy and procedures.
You must also not live with anyone who has contact with these species.
