Eco Sure is a division of Ecolab and a global leader in food safety and brand protection. We are currently seeking a freelance Food Safety & Brand Standards Auditor in Newcastle, with audit assignments covering Bamburgh, Berwick & Hexham. In this role, you will support food service brands by conducting in office assessments and providing consultancy to ensure alignment with brand standards and to enhance the guest experience.

Your responsibilities will include: Conducting food safety, health & hygiene, and brand standard assessments at client sites

Providing consultancy to clients on food safety and hygiene best practices

Maintaining strong client relationships

Minimum Qualifications: Hold a Level 4 Food Safety qualification

Be flexible and available to complete assignments on both weekdays and weekends, across a variety of dayparts

Have access to a vehicle, hold a full, clean driving licence

Based in or near the assigned territory

Skills and Requirements: Proven experience in food safety auditing (e.g. retail, hotel F&B;, convenience stores)Strong relationship management skills





Ability to work independently with initiative, sound judgment, and robust problem-solving skills

Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines
