The RoleWe are seeking experienced male and female support workers to join our growing team.
You will support people living with disability to lead fulfilling, independent lives in the community.
Duties include:
Providing high-quality personal care (showering, dressing, grooming, medication assistance)
Assisting with community access, appointments, and social support
Helping with domestic tasks
Monitoring client well-being and documenting progress
Manual handling




Sleepover and weekend availability is essential
