The Hepburn Bathhouse & Spa is an iconic tourist destination and award winning spa located in the heart of Australia's Spa Capital nestled in the Hepburn Mineral Springs Reserve near Daylesford 90 minutes from Melbourne.The RoleWe are seeking an organised and customer-focused Receptionist to join our team.
You will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a seamless check-in experience and providing them with information about our bathhouse, accommodation, and wellness treatments.
Your role will also include advising guests on our wellness products and offering insights into the local area to enhance their visit.Key ResponsibilitiesGreet and check-in guests for bathhouse and accommodation servicesProvide information on wellness treatments and available productsMaintain accurate records and assist with administrative dutiesOffer exceptional customer service with a friendly and qualified approachHandle point-of-sale transactions and daily reconciliation reportingEnsure smooth operation of front desk activities, maintaining a well-organised reception areaPrevious experience is a similar role is desirable, but candidates with a friendly attitude and a customer service mindset are encouraged to apply!




Skills & ExperienceMinimum 1 year of experience in a similar administrative, customer servicing, or receptionist roleStrong computer literacy, including experience with Windows & Microsoft Office SuiteFamiliarity with point-of-sale systems and booking softwareExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsHigh attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environmentPrior experience in the leisure, hospitality, or wellness industry is desirableCurrent First Aid Certificate (Workplace Level 2) and CPR CertificatePolice Check & Working with Children Check (Employee Status) requiredMust be legally entitled to work in AustraliaWhy Join Us?
