About the RoleAs a Barista / Café All-Rounder, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality coffee while assisting with the day-to-day operations of the café.
Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare consistently excellent espresso-based coffee.Deliver outstanding customer service with a friendly attitude.Take customer orders and process POS transactions.Prepare and serve food and beverages.Assist with opening and closing procedures.Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards.Restock displays and monitor inventory levels.Support the kitchen and front-of-house team when required.Ensure the café is presented to a high standard at all times.About YouMinimum 2 years' experience as a Supervisor/ Barista in a busy café.
