Whether you're starting your retail journey or looking to grow into leadership, you'll be part of a culture that values individuality, rewards performance, and empowers you to make your mark (in your kicks of course!)We're looking for an experienced Supply Chain Operations Supervisor to join our Supply Chain team and play a key role in keeping our operations running efficiently across Australia and New Zealand.Working closely with internal stakeholders, 3PL partners and transport providers, you'll oversee the day-to-day execution of inbound and outbound operations, ensuring service levels are met, processes are optimised, and products move seamlessly from our distribution network to stores and customers.This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys solving operational challenges, and is passionate about driving continuous improvement.What you'll doOversee daily inbound and outbound supply chain operations across AU & NZManage relationships with 3PL providers, transport partners and key stakeholdersMonitor service level agreements (SLAs) and operational KPIs, identifying and resolving exceptionsReconcile daily activity between ERP,
WMS and OMS systemsTrack forecasts against actual volumes to support operational planningCoordinate wholesale customer requirements and value-added services (VAS)Support the delivery of new store openings and store closures from a logistics perspectiveAct as the key escalation point for freight and transport-related issuesDrive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service, efficiency and cost outcomesPrepare operational reporting and provide insights to support business planningWhat we're looking forPrevious experience in a Supply Chain, Logistics or Operations roleExperience managing 3PL providers and freight carriersStrong understanding of warehouse, transport and fulfillment operationsExperience with forecasting, reporting and KPI managementExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsHigh attention to detail and a continuous improvement mindsetStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsAbility to prioritise and perform in a fast-paced, high-volume environmentExperience using ERP and WMS platforms, with AP21 experience highly regardedWhy join us?
