Greeting guests with a genuine smile, keeping service flowing and delivering food and drinks that make our guests keep coming back for more.Customer Service - greet guests, take orders, and provide attentive and friendly service throughout their dining experience.Order Accuracy - ensure accurate order placement and communicate special requests to the kitchen.Table Maintenance - set up and transparent tables, and ensure they are clean and well-maintained at all times.Menu Knowledge - be knowledgeable about the menu offerings, including ingredients, preparation methods, and specials.Upselling - suggest menu items, beverages,



or desserts to enhance the guest's dining experience.Billing and Payment - accurately process bills, handle cash and card transactions, and provide change as needed.Cleanliness - maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the dining area and service stations.About You:Previous experience in a similar role is a plus but not required; we are willing to train the right candidate.Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.Strong attention to detail.Basic math skills for handling transactions.Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.What's in it for You:Be a part of something bigger!
