BX Bunka Australia, specifically Dynamic Door Service, is looking for a competent individual to fill the role of customer service administrator in a full time capacity.
Working out of our Campbellfield office, the successful incumbent will need to possess the following.Requirements:High level of Customer Service skillsHigh level of Data Entry AccuracyExcellent presentation and telephone mannerExcellent communication and organisational skillsProven ability to work without supervision, with a high level of initiative and problem-solving skills and effective management of changing workloads.Capability to work in a high paced busy environment.Previous experience is preferred but not necessary.Full training is provided.Duties:Receive and direct telephone calls and relay conversation and pertinent messages to others while maintaining accuracy,



clarity and confidentiality.Liaising with builders & homeowners with service enquiresAssist with document and work flow, to ensure accuracy and efficiency for customersContacting customers for payment including follow up payments.Ensure that all Data entry is done with a high level of accuracy.Ensure the proper filing of documents.Where requested by management, participate in meetings, and take down relevant notes during the process.Be aware and adhere closely to the rules and regulations, policies and procedures of the organisation and familiarise yourself with internal Computer systems.
