What You'll Be Doing
Conduct behavioural assessments and develop evidence-based Behaviour Support Plans.
Work collaboratively with participants, families, carers, support workers, and other professionals.
Support the reduction and elimination of restrictive practices in line with NDIS guidelines.
Deliver training, coaching, and capacity-building to support teams and stakeholders.
Monitor outcomes and review support strategies to ensure meaningful and sustainable change.
Maintain professional documentation and reporting requirements.
About You
A suitably assessed Behaviour Support Practitioner under the NDIS Commission framework; or
A recent graduate in Psychology, Social Work, Education, Occupational Therapy, Speech Pathology, Human Services, or a related discipline who is eligible to become a Behaviour Support Practitioner.
You'll will have:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
A commitment to person-centred and evidence-based practice.
A current driver's licence and access to a vehicle.
NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain).
Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain).
