HealthPlex is seeking a Diabetes Educator contractor to provide care and management to clients across pediatric to adult ages.
The role offers versatile schedule and autonomy, with support from experienced leaders within a multi-disciplinary team.
You will work independently, applying clinical knowledge to a range of scenarios and liaising with multiple stakeholders to ensure optimal patient care.
A credentialed diabetes educator with liability insurance is required.
