Our Ventia Graduate Program is designed to turn potential into performance. This tailored two-year program provides experience across diverse, projects through 4 structured one on one rotations. Supporting information systems, technology improvement initiatives, and day-to-day operational needs.

In just two years you'll gain hands on experience in system implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement, working with stakeholders and cross functional teams to deliver technology enabled solutions rapid tracking your transition from university to the professional world. Supported by senior mentors and a dedicated graduate buddy, you'll be guided every step of the way as you gainreal workexperience and make areal impactacross the communities and industries we serve.

At Ventia, you'll be part of a supportive and collaborative team that values different perspectives and encourages you to bring your whole self to work. By working alongside experienced professionals and fellow graduates, you'll build meaningful connections, learn from industry experts and contribute to shared outcomes that make a real difference.

Ventia has endless opportunities for graduates in the following disciplines:
Bachelor of Information Systems
Bachelor of Information Technology
Bachelor of Business Information Systems

To be eligible for the Ventia Graduate Program, you must meet the following criteria:
Successfully completed relevant undergraduate degree in the last two years or be in your final semester of study.




Hold Australian or New Zealand citizenship, Permanent residency, or Graduate Visa 485 (valid until the end of ****).
Willingness to travel and relocate for the duration of the rotation.

Responsibilities
Support system implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Develop skills in systems analysis, user support, and technology enabled solutions.
Collaborate with cross functional teams and stakeholders to understand requirements and solve business challenges.
Contribute to innovative solutions that enhance operational effectiveness.

Skills & Requirements
Strong communication, teamwork, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Adaptable, resilient, and accountable, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
Curious and innovative problem solver with a proactive approach to change and continuous improvement.
Preferred experience in information systems or IT environments, including systems support, implementation, or user engagement.
Demonstrated initiative and commitment to professional development through leadership, extracurricular activities, certifications, or self directed learning.
