and site supervisors to take a job from a hole in the ground through to a fully installed swimming pool.The process includes:Setting up and preparing the site for installationUsing laser levels to achieve accurate heights and positioningAssisting with crane lifts to place the pool shell into positionOperating and assisting with bobcats and compaction equipment to prepare and stabilise the basePlumbing the pool using PVC materials, ensuring everything is installed to standard and ready for filtrationCarefully backfilling and filling the pool, maintaining accurate levels, wall alignment, and positioning throughoutPreparing the surrounding area ready for the concreting team to followEach job is different, and you'll typically spend a few days on one site before moving to the next.This is a highly team-based role, working closely with both internal crews and external contractors to deliver a quality finished product.What We're Looking ForNo experience required – full training providedPhysically fit and comfortable with hands‐on outdoor workReliable, punctual, and willing to learnStrong work ethic and positive attitudeInterest in construction or tradesRequirementsConstruction White CardDriver's licence and reliable transport (must be able to get to site each day)Full working rights in AustraliaWhy Join MFP Easy?
