Service Manager - First Class Motorcycles
Situated in Lilydale, a region known for its scenic riding, unique restaurants, cafes and wineries, is First Class Motorcycles.
And we have a brilliant opportunity for a Service Manager within our business.
We specialise in Yamaha, Husqvarna, KTM and MV Agusta: providing all facets of spare parts and accessories, new and used motorcycles and a service department.
This is an exciting role in a local, family-owned and independent business, with a fully equipped workshop.

The Role:
Work closely with the Dealer Principal to ensure successful operation of the service departmentManage all day-to-day operations in a busy workshopEnsure workshop is operating at optimum capacity and KPI's are achievedLiaise with the Parts Manager to ensure timelines are metProvide best possible customer service at all times whilst leading a team of techniciansSchedules and assign jobs and work areas to employees in the Service Department according to their skills and knowledgeReview work orders for completeness and accuracy prior to customer billingEnsure all departmental tools, equipment and vehicles are in good working orderManage recruiting, staffing and employee development activities for employees reporting to this position.
8.30am - 5,00pm Monday to Thursday
8.00am - 5.00pm Friday
9.00am - 1.00pm Saturday
About You:
Experience in Service Manager or Advisory role in automotive or motorcyclesExceptional customer service and people management skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsTechnical knowledge and the ability to interpretReliable and enthusiastic with a strong work ethic able to motivate and support your teamPassionate about motorcyclesBusiness acumen
Salary and remuneration level will be discussed based on experience and qualifications.
