You will be responsible for a range of tasks involved in the production and packaging of our high-quality baked goods.What you'll be doingSupport the production process via the performance of various activities on the production floorPerform manual handling tasksAssist in machine operation across various departments of the factory floorEnsure that, at all times, all food safety,



hygiene and housekeeping standards are met / exceeded (incl. BRC, HACCP, GMP and the Bread Solutions Food Safety Program BSFSP)ABOUT YOUTo be considered for this role, you must be reliable and motivated.In addition, you will have:Previous experience in a food manufacturing environmentExperience working with live product (e.g. dough or other active ingredients)Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environmentSolid understanding of HACCP, GMP and QCP requirementsComfort using technology (e.g. iPads or other digital tools for data entry)The ability to follow instructions and work as part of a teamYou must be fit, robust, healthy and have plenty of stamina as this is a highly physically demanding role.WHAT WE OFFERUnique shift schedule - 3 day weekend every second weekInternal promotion and leadership opportunitiesFree artisanal quality breadFriendly, diverse and supportive teamsReward and Recognition Program
