Reporting to Nightshift Operations Manager, you'll be the key decision-maker overnight - keeping operations running smoothly and stepping in when it counts.As part of Lindsay Transport, Australia's largest fresh produce transporter, you'll play a critical role in moving temperature-controlled freight where timing and accuracy are everything.This is a hands-on leadership role with real accountability, strong team culture, and the opportunity to build your capability - with training and support to set you up for success.What You'll DoLead & Manage the Team - Supervise and support allocators, drivers, and forklift operators to ensure peak performanceFoster a High-Performance Culture - Set clear expectations, provide feedback, and drive continuous improvementEnsure Compliance & Safety - Enforce NHVR regulations, fatigue laws, and company safety policiesOptimise Fleet & Logistics Operations - Coordinate freight movement for efficiency and on-time deliveryResource Allocation & Scheduling - Ensure the right people,
