Job DescriptionAs a Food & Beverage Attendant - Events, you will support the Events Management Team to deliver seamless event experiences from setup through to pack down.
You'll play a key role on the floor, ensuring service standards are met, guests are well cared for, and all events run smoothly and safely.Assist with setup and pack down of event spaces, including furniture and equipmentDeliver high-quality food and beverage service across conferences, banquets and eventsRespond to guest requests, enquiries and complaints professionally and efficientlyPrioritise health and safety for guests and staff, including dietary requirementsPerform opening and closing duties, including cashiering as requiredCommunicate effectively with the Events Management Team during serviceSupport team training, mentoring and adherence to company standards and proceduresContribute to a positive team culture where staff feel valued and supportedAbout the EmployerFrom large-scale business events and iconic sporting celebrations to intimate weddings and bespoke private functions, Hamilton Island Events delivers unforgettable experiences in one of Australia's most spectacular destinations.
