We are seeking an experienced Logistics Manager to join the team at Efflog Operations PTY Ltd.
This is a full-time position based in Tottenham VIC ****.
As Logistics Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimising our logistics operations, ensuring efficient movement of goods, and managing teams to deliver exceptional service to our clients.
This role is strategically important to our organisation, as it directly impacts our operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and overall business performance.What you'll be doingPlanning and coordinating logistics operations to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goodsManaging warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory management and dispatch activitiesOverseeing transport and fleet operations to optimise routes and reduce operational costsSupervising and mentoring logistics staff, ensuring compliance with company policies and proceduresMonitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiencyManaging supplier and carrier relationships to secure competitive rates and maintain service standardsEnsuring compliance with health and safety regulations and company protocolsLiaising with customers to address logistics queries and resolve issues promptlyPreparing reports on operational performance and presenting findings to senior managementManaging budgets and controlling expenses within assigned areas of responsibilityWhat we're looking forProven experience in a logistics or supply chain management role, ideally in a supervisory or management capacityStrong knowledge of warehouse operations,
