The role works underthe direction of the Home Services Lead and collaboratively with the Chef to ensure meals are enjoyable, consistentand contribute to resident dignity,wellbeingand comfort.As a key member of the kitchen team, the Cookmaintainsa clean,safeand efficient work environment, followsestablishedproceduresand supports positive interactions with residents,familiesand colleagues.You will be organised, motivated and take pride in delivering excellent service, supporting residents with the following:Prepare,cookand serve meals in line with corporate menus,recipesand dietary requirementsEnsure all meals meet IDDSI, allergen, cultural and texture-modified needsDeliver meals that are well-presented,appetisingand served at the correct temperatureSupport food preparation, portioning,platingand kitchen operationsFollow safe food handling,hygieneand infection control standardsComplete documentation including temperature checks,
