You'll be the first point of contact for prospective clients and play a key role in guiding them through their new home journey - from initial enquiry through to signed contract.Your responsibilities will include:Welcoming and engaging customers through busy display homes.Qualifying leads and understanding clients' lifestyle, budget and building requirements.Presenting house and land packages,



knock-down rebuild opportunities and custom home solutions.Building strong relationships with clients, land developers, real‐estate agents and referral partners.Preparing preliminary pricing, coordinating with estimating and pre‐construction teams, and managing customers through the sales process.Maintaining an active sales pipeline and CRM, following up enquiries and converting leads into contracts.What's on OfferAttractive Salary Package (OTE $250K+)Opportunity to sell high-demand product (average 2-3 sales per month)Work across displays in established and growing corridors in the Watagan Park Display, Central Coast.What We're Looking ForPrevious experience in current home sales in the residential construction industry.A confident communicator with excellent interpersonal and relationship‐building skills.Passion for delivering outstanding customer service and helping clients achieve their home ownership goals.Self‐motivated, resilient and driven to exceed sales targets.By submitting your CV you agree to have read: marble.com.au/privacy
