They will also receive support and guidance from The Orange Door Practice Leaders.Skills & ExperienceA degree in Social Work or equivalent, or be working towards this qualification in line with Recommendation 209 of the Royal Commission.Experience working with adults using family violence, children and families with complex needs and risk issues in any of the following service areas: Family Services, Child Protection, Family Violence, Disability, Housing, Mental Health and/or Alcohol and Other DrugsTeam CultureAt GLCH we believe our people are our biggest asset and pride ourselves on a culture that is equitable, encourages open communication and has an emphasis on recognition and career advancement.
