You will play a key role in driving customer satisfaction, promoting a strong safety culture, and contributing to business performance and growth.Coordinate and schedule day to day operations of drivers runs and weekly work scheduleConduct driver debriefs, lead toolbox meetings and manage incident investigationsAttend and contribute to council meetings and stakeholder discussions as requiredConsulting with line management in the development and management of operational targetsDeliver a high standard of customer service and effectively resolve customer and stakeholder issuesDrive operational efficiencies through continuous improvement initiatives and process reviewsMaintain a robust focus on safety, compliance and service delivery standardsAbout YouWe're looking for a confident and engaging leader who is comfortable presenting to groups and has previous supervisory experience,
