This role manages store performance, including sales, profitability, inventory control, and compliance with company standards and safety regulations.
The Site Manager leads, trains, and schedules team members, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment focused on outstanding customer service.
Day-to-day tasks include monitoring site presentation, coordinating deliveries, resolving operational issues, and ensuring a safe,



clean, and welcoming experience for customers.
The role also involves reporting key performance metrics, implementing promotional activities, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.Qualifications Operational management skills, including experience overseeing retail or service site performance, inventory, and compliance.People leadership skills, with the ability to coach, develop, and support diverse teams while fostering an inclusive culture.Customer service and communication skills, with a focus on building positive customer relationships and handling issues professionally.Health, safety, and risk management awareness, including adherence to workplace safety practices and regulatory requirements.Basic financial and administrative skills, such as managing budgets, cash handling, and reporting on key performance indicators.Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a proactive approach to improving site operations.Previous experience in retail, fuel, or convenience operations is highly beneficial; experience in team leadership is preferred.Availability to work a flexible roster, including weekends and public holidays as required.
