With multiple sites across metropolitan and regional Victoria, the business combines local operational capability with national scale.We are seeking an experienced State Manager / Operations Manager to lead the Victorian business—driving financial performance, operational excellence, and growth across manufacturing, distribution and sales.Key ResponsibilitiesFull P&L; accountability for the Victorian businessLead multi-site manufacturing and distribution operationsDrive revenue growth, margin improvement and cost controlDevelop and execute sales and business development strategiesLead, coach and develop Branch Managers and operational leadersImprove production efficiency, supply chain performance and service deliveryEnsure WHS compliance, safety leadership and risk managementBuild and maintain strong customer and stakeholder relationshipsDeliver accurate forecasting, budgeting and reporting to Head OfficeSkills & ExperienceTo be successful in this role,
