We're excited to be opening our brand-new, purpose-built Journey Early Learning Centre Broadford in December ****, and we're now seeking an exceptional Centre Manager to lead the launch of this exciting new service.This is a rare opportunity to build a centre from the ground up, create a thriving team culture, and establish meaningful connections with children, families and the local community from day one.About Our New Broadford CentreJourney Early Learning Centre Broadford has been thoughtfully designed to create inspiring learning environments where children feel safe, valued and supported to grow.Licensed for 118 children7 purpose-built learning environmentsOperating hours of 6:30am – 6:30pmDedicated Nursery, Toddler and Kindergarten spacesOutdoor play yards catering for different age groupsFlexible room configurations designed to meet community needsModern resources and high-quality educational environmentsAbout the RoleAs Centre Manager, you'll be the heart of our new service.You'll lead the recruitment and development of your team, establish strong family relationships, drive occupancy growth and create an environment where children, educators and families feel a genuine sense of belonging.This is a unique opportunity to shape the culture, vision and success of a brand-new Journey centre while being supported by an experienced leadership team.About YouYou're a passionate and experienced ECEC leader who loves developing people, building community connections and creating meaningful outcomes for children.You'll Bring:Previous Centre Manager or extensive leadership experience within Early Childhood Education & CareStrong knowledge of the National Quality FrameworkExcellent communication and relationship-building skillsExperience managing occupancy,



budgets and centre operationsCommitment to creating safe and inclusive environmentsACECQA-approved Diploma or Bachelor qualification in Early Childhood EducationCurrent WWCCCurrent First Aid, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certificationsWhy Journey?
