Our client is a privately owned global company which provides machinery parts & services that sets the standard for the Australian Brick Industry. Due to current growth, they are seeking Qualified Fitter & Turners and Trades Assistants to join their Shop Floor.
Fitters & Turners will need:
To be a
Trade Qualified
Fitter & Turner.
To be able to work independently or within a team.
To complete occasional machinery rebuilds.
To communicate effectively and have strong attention to detail.
Robust commitment to safety.
To be able to troubleshoot & fault-find.
Full working rights.
To be able to start ASAP.
For Trades Assistants we look for:
Safety 1st mentality.
Someone willing to learn recent skills.
Someone physically fit and capable of manual handling tasks.
Solid attention to detail and willingness to follow instructions.
Confidence using hand and power tools.
Good understanding of PPE requirements.
The willingness to learn and work as part of a team.
Welding experience highly valued.
About the roles:
Casual to permanent for the right candidate.
Monday to Friday, 6:00am to 2:00pm OR
8:00am to 4:00pm.
