About the Role
As a Sales Consultant of new and used vehicles, you'll guide customers through every step of their vehicle purchase journey - from initial enquiry to test drive, finance, delivery and follow-up.
You'll use your people skills and product knowledge to help customers find the right vehicle while delivering a smooth, qualified experience.
Key Responsibilities
Supporting customers through the full sales process in line with Toyota's values
Building rapport and trust with every customer - from first enquiry to final handover
Accurately managing all required documentation and data entry
Meeting individual and team sales targets
Liaising with internal departments (e.g. finance, pre-delivery, service)



to ensure seamless customer outcomes
Participating in dealership events, launches, and promotions as required
About You
Experience in a sales or customer service role (automotive is a plus)
Strong communication skills and a natural ability to connect with people
A professional, motivated and confident approach
Willingness to learn and follow structured processes
Good time management and attention to detail
Basic computer literacy and comfort using CRM systems
