We support a wide range of services, including vessel maintenance, refits, new builds and marine salvage & disposal.About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced Projects Manager for our busy shipyard in Harwood, NSW (near Yamba).
This site-based role suits someone with a solid background in marine vessel dockings and maintenance, construction, or heavy industry project management and a commitment to safe, efficient project delivery.Key ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with management on planning and resource allocationEnsure secure and timely project delivery, meeting compliance standardsMonitor and report on project performance including revenue, margins, and costsDevelop and maintain detailed project management plansManage labour, subcontractors,



and materials to meet deadlines and budget targetsDeliver accurate progress reports to internal and external stakeholdersPrepare estimates/schedules and manage scope for docking and repair projects from quote through to completionBuild strong working relationships across internal teams and with external clientsAbout You3+ years' experience in project management or coordination (marine or construction industry preferred)Experience in shipbuilding, marine maintenance or heavy engineering (highly desirable)Tertiary qualifications in Project Management or related discipline (desirable)Strong understanding of subcontractor and supplier engagement processesExcellent communication, organisational and multitasking skillsProficiency in Microsoft OfficeDetail-oriented, professional and solutions-focused approachWhat We OfferA key leadership role with a respected marine services companyStable full-time employment based in the scenic Northern Rivers region of NSWOpportunity to make a tangible impact on high-value projectsPlease note:This is a site-based role located in Harwood, NSW.Sponsorship is not available for this position.Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
