Technical Asset Reliability Manager opportunity

CBRE GWS is seeking a Technical Asset Reliability Manager to lead asset reliability, lifecycle optimisation, and data‐driven maintenance and performance improvements across critical hard services infrastructure.
This role is key to ensuring the availability, reliability, and maintainability of essential building systems supporting our client's operations.
Key Responsibilities
Drive reliability and lifecycle analysis of hard services and critical infrastructure
Lead FMEA, RCA, predictive analysis, and risk‐based asset management initiatives
Optimise planned and proactive maintenance strategies and workflows
Review new plant and equipment, ensuring accurate asset data and lifecycle planning
Monitor equipment performance, KPIs, and optimisation outcomes
Manage data sets, dashboards, and performance reporting
Support budgeting, forecasting, and cost‐reduction initiatives
Provide technical support to HVAC and mechanical teams
Lead continuous improvement and asset optimisation programmes
Line manage technical/analytics resources and support capability development
Collaborate with CBRE operational teams, clients, and technology partners
Skills & Experience
Degree in Engineering or related discipline
Minimum 2 years' experience in reliability, asset, or technical engineering roles
Robust knowledge of maintenance processes and asset reliability methodologies
Experience with FMEA, RCA, PM optimisation, and performance analytics
Confident working with data, reports, and stakeholder presentations
Strong analytical, communication, and influencing skills
Customer‐focused with a proactive, results‐driven mindset
Facilities management or hard services experience
Knowledge of ISO ***** asset management
