Job DescriptionRetail Manager (General) SCUTTI FRESH MARKETS APPLECROSS is looking for a full time (with 38 hours per week) skilled Retail Manager (General) to perform the following duties: Responsibilities
Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and performance management of employees to maintain an effective workforce.
Design promotional campaigns and coordinate outreach efforts to increase visibility and attract customers.
Establish pricing frameworks and create strategic guidelines for procurement and market positioning.
Monitor inventory movement and document all monetary activities to maintain accurate operational records.
Advise clients on suitable products or services, process transactions, and deliver high-quality customer assistance.
Define the range of merchandise or services offered,



determine optimal inventory quantities, and set service benchmarks.
Implement workplace safety measures and ensure adherence to health and regulatory standards.
Requirements
Relevant Qualification or 3 years of experience in lieu of the qualification.
At least 1 year of experience in the relevant role
Customer-oriented approach
Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
Team player
Good time-management skills
Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
