This role is ideally suited to a hands‐on leader who enjoys developing people, improving operational outcomes and delivering exceptional service.Key ResponsibilitiesLead, coach and develop a team of workshop and field service techniciansCoordinate daily labour, scheduling and resources to meet customer requirementsProvide technical support and guidance on complex repairs and diagnosticsDrive a strong safety culture through toolbox talks, coaching and compliance activitiesMonitor productivity, WIP and service quality outcomesBuild strong customer relationships and ensure high levels of service deliveryLiaise with Parts, Administration and other internal stakeholders to support job executionPromote continuous improvement across service operations and team performanceAbout YouTo be successful in this role,
